How to resolve: Customer is unable to log into their account

To resolve the issue of double application logins for a customer in MARKUS back office, please follow these steps:
1. Access the customer's profile in MARKUS back office.
2. Navigate to the "Application Logins" tab.
3. You should see two application logins for the customer.
4. Contact the customer and inquire which login they prefer to use. It is recommended to use the login associated with the customer's email address.

Once the customer has confirmed the preferred login, proceed to delete the unnecessary application login. To do this:
1. Open the application login you wish to delete.
2. Look for a "Delete" button and click on it. This will remove the redundant login from the system.

Please note that it is not possible to check the customer's password directly. To verify the login details, you have a couple of options:

Option 1: Customer Testing
* Ask the customer to test whether they can log in successfully using the remaining login and password.

Option 2: Temporary Password
* In the "Application Login Details" window, find the option to "Set Password" for the customer.
* Create a new temporary password for the customer. Make sure it's a strong and secure password.
* Share the temporary password with the customer, explaining that they should change it online to a password of their choice.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the issue of double application logins, confirm the customer's preferred login, and ensure that they can access their account without any complications.
