Notifications (SMS, Buzzers) are the Restaurant Self-Service Kiosk software features that should be checked and modified as per client's need. 

The Admin mode can be accessed with a QR code, that probably you should have and also the restaurant managers? 

In the Admin panel navigate to Kiosk features 

and then check that the same features are switched on and off as are for  LVVAPPLZ-S002
